The Neighborhood
The villa is located in an exclusive and safe area of the famous Cancun Hotel Zone, where you can find the best restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, spas and different places for both entertainment and relaxation. There is direct access to the beach from the garden. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is walking distance and from there is only a 20 minute journey by sea.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - We kindly ask you to take care of your key: there is a lost key fee.
- - Do not share your key or entry code with unregistered guests.
- - Ask for our pet policy before hand.
- - Please be mindful of your check-in and check-out time.
- - Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment.
- - Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away.
