Your Perfect Villa for a Family Vacation in Playa del Carmen. Our Playacar beach rental home is set up perfectly for traveling families accustomed to 5-star hotels who want a different, more private, and exclusive experience. It’s spacious, premium amenities and superb location provide a unique Playa experience.
You will be 75 Steps to the Beach on the North end of Playacar Fase Uno and will be able to cool off in one of the two swimming pools.
Our luxury beach villa sleeps 8 comfortably and can fit up to 10 guests.
- It has two master suite bedrooms making it ideal for a multi-family vacation (one in ground floor and one in 2nd floor).
Each spacious master suite includes a king size bed, a large ensuite bathroom, dressing room, TV and coffee table.

The Neighborhood
You’ll be staying in a quiet, secure beach community called “Playacar Fase Uno” (Playacar Phase 1). It has gated access, with security patrolling the streets 24 hours a day. You’ll find ancient Mayan ruins sites near the house, with tennis courts also available. “Playacar Fase Uno” is along the beach while “Playacar Fase Dos” is another community right behind it.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - We kindly ask you to take care of your key: there is a lost key fee.
- - Do not share your key or entry code with unregistered guests.
- - Ask for our pet policy before hand.
- - Please be mindful of your check-in and check-out time.
- - Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment.
- - Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away.
