We invite you to this relaxing home where the family can come together to watch a movie and spend some time at the beach. There is a smart TV that allows you to view your favorite shows from every space around the living room, including the kitchen and dining room. Step onto the balcony and enjoy a coffee and take in the beach air.
You’re never too far from water when you enjoy the multiple pools the community has to offer. The quiet beach is the perfect spot to sink your toes into the sand and provide ample space for a sand castle. The pool is available from Middle of May thru the middle of September.
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival.

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2)Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests.
If you are booking a flat for over 30 days, you will be provided with the standard tenant package as required under Virginia law, and be required to acknowledge receipt of the same.
The terms of our Agreement will remain as agreed to on the booking platform, and anything implied under Virginia state law.
Please note that the building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times. There are absolutely no cameras on or in the interior of any unit.
If you are traveling with a pet please inform your host prior to arrival.
Our properties require property management to collect the name and picture of government-issued photo ID for each guest. The property management company, our guests and our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. This verification step keeps everyone safe and provides additional insurance on your stay. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged and your security deposit will be forfeited. A representative from the property management team will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All of our homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying, they are only for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and
your reservation could be terminated without refund.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains - If found that these cause plumbing issues the property management company can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads
* Dental Floss
* Q-tips/Cotton Balls
* Diapers
* Pills
* Paper Towels/Tissues or excess toilet paper
Fireworks are illegal in Virginia. If you are found to be engaged in setting off fireworks we are required by the city to immediately terminate your stay. Also If you are found responsible for having started a wildfire or dune fire with fireworks, you may be liable for all suppression and reclamation costs or even face imprisonment and fines.
3) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus the property management company reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
4) There is free parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking for two vehicles. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space or a space marked compact car. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. No parking is available anywhere else in the development. If any additional parking spaces are needed outside of the two spots given there is overflow parking located next door at Little Island Park.
5) This home has interior views.
6) There are 2 roll out cots available to sleep 2 additional people.
7) Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store. We recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way into Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience.
8) There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2024.
The hot tub will be unavailable in winter 2024 due to construction.
The hot tub is closed during the summer months.
Pool hours are 10 a.m. - 8 p.m - the pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day
9) The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such a professional.
Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that services animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals. A service animal is distinguished from an ESA because it performs a specific task in relation to the human’s disability. An ESA is not trained to perform any specific task.
***Please note that we must accept ESAs for stays exceeding 30 nights so the above statement does not apply to stays of that duration***
