Located in a quiet street in Malua Bay this property has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.The home has 3 bedrooms, one room with a king, one with a queen and one with 2 singles. The Main bedroom also has an ensuite.The living areas are a couple of steps down and there is a kitchen/dining opening onto the deck with a BBQ and a large very comfortable lounge room. There is a separate sun room where you can work or the kids can play.This house is all about the deck - you will spend most of your time on here just relaxing and taking in the views. The beach is a short walk away and you can also walk to the recently refurnished Malua Bay Bowling Club, Raymonds Chinese and the local IGA and butcher. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
