While there are other separate units on the property, there are no shared interior spaces—each unit has its own private entrance and dedicated exterior area. You are welcome to make use of everything within your designated space to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 🚪 Back-of-House Access: Please note that parking and unit access for Pinewood Sanctuary are located at the end of the driveway at the back of the house. Review your check-in instructions carefully for smooth navigation upon arrival. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
