The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, two-door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. In the same kitchen, there is a room where the washing machine is and a large space for ironing.
On the first floor is the living room, equipped with a sofa, 1 armchair, and a TV. The dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs. The terrace features an outdoor table, a large outdoor sofa with a coffee table, and 2 hammocks, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds: two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, all with en-suite bathrooms featuring a rain shower, bathtub, and double sink.
The spacious master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor. It also has access to a private terrace with panoramic sea views and has 1 hammock and 2 armchairs, perfect for relaxing.
We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items.
The house is air-conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air conditioning.
There is also WiFi available throughout the property. For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.
The rental includes one parking space.
In the urbanization, you will find a communal swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 22:00 (opening hours may vary according to the season and availability).
