The Home
Gerashi House ( 64sq.m) is a fully restored hut used by miners in the 1860’s. The original house contained only the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, while the indoor living area was added to the house at a later date. The extra-thick walls, apart from being a beautiful design element, are very effective at keeping the house cool, even on the hottest days of the summer. Gerashi may be the smallest home on Another Island, but all our guests seem to have fallen in love with it. While the inside spaces are quite small, Gerani is endowed with a huge side and front veranda, offering its guests amazing views of Despotiko and the Southern Aegean.
While Gerashi is ideal for couples, our guests have found the built-in couches of the living area very comfortable, so we have at times had 3 or 4 guests here.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
