This emblematic building, built in 1838, was originally the residence of Markos Botsaris, and over the years it was used for a variety of commercial purposes, until 2018 when its transformation into Athens Quarters. The project of renovating the old mansion was appointed to the architect Nasos Dellis who revitalized it by completely renovating the mansion whilst preserving the elements of its identity and history that made the building one of a kind. The mansion, exudes classic Athenian elegance while providing luxurious and comfortable accommodation.

The building is spread over three levels: on the first and second floor there are 12 apartments, all special and different from each other, and on the third floor there is a welcoming roof garden where one can see the Acropolis.

The colors that clothed the building range in earth tones, with emphasis on the olive color. Each object is selected with care and respect...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
