SELF CHECK-IN 24/7 You can check-in anytime after 02:00PM using our self check-in method. We will send you an online check-in form prior to arrival which requests for a copy of your valid government-issued ID and a signed contract. Once filled and verified, we will send all the arrival details including key retrieval and directions to the unit. We require a AUD250 security deposit which is fully refundable upon departure and inspection of the unit. Please note that the security deposit covers damages and/or overstaying past the check-out time under the management’s discretion. We’re not always on-site but we have a team available to assist 24/7 via our guest messaging system.
