Each of the units consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and the size of the residences varies between 55 sq.m. to 100 sq.m., sleeping from 2 to 6 persons. The Suite is a ground floor, 55m2 exquisite apartment able of accommodating up to 4 persons within its minimalist and modern decor interiors. It features a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the seating area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and a private bathroom

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
