We will send you an online check-in form prior to arrival which requests for a copy of your valid government-issued ID and a signed contract. Once filled and verified, we will send all the arrival details including key retrieval and directions to the unit. We require a AUD250 security deposit which is fully refundable upon departure and inspection of the unit.
