Arcadia #45 is a beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation villa situated in the heart of scenic southern Utah. Located in the beloved Property Manager community, you have no shortage of incredible amenities right at your fingertips! Enjoy access to multiple pool areas including a brand-new lap pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, zero-entry kid’s splash zone, and a large pool with waterfalls. Splash, play, and lounge poolside all day long. The fun doesn’t stop at the pools either! Step into the clubhouse to find games, a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and arcades or check out our brand-new amenity area where you’ll find 2 pickleball courts.

*This villa is DOG FRIENDLY! There is a 1-dog maximum with a 50lb weight limit (must be at least 1-year-old and approved by Property Manager). Additional dog friendly rental agreement acknowledging specific rules MUST be signed before dog is approved. A $500 deposit is required, $250 of which is refundable if the home is left in good condition and applicable rules are followed for the duration of the stay - see details here. Unauthorized pets will be subject to a fine. Please notify Property Manager at booking if you intend to bring a dog.
