We Meticulously designed a unique Private resort-like backyard with a large pool, BBQ & lovely seating patio furniture.
We created a private isolated paradise yet, located only minutes away from Dallas’ most vibrant bars and restaurants!
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Our house is located in Allen TX. Our home resides in a quiet and very family-friendly neighborhood, yet you are just a few minutes away from great restaurants, premium outlets, movie theaters, Events centers, Parks, Stadiums, and Dallas’s most vibrant attractions. All necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day activities. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (only 25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,* Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
- * Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
- *Check-in/checkout time: 4pm/10am.
- *No parties or events allowed.
- *Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
- *Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
- *Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old.
