Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. One day before your arrival, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions and answers to any last-minute questions you may have. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you’re interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. ★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★ We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 212 issued by the City of Frisco. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
