Relaxing Retreat 3 bedroom A bright and contemporary 3 bedroom pool home – recently updated with new flooring, furniture, and repainted - photos taken April 2024. Conveniently located just off Hwy 27, close to all of the major attractions. The spacious living area has a comfortable sectional sofa and large screen TV. There is plenty of natural light with skylights in the vaulted ceiling, and patio doors leading out to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a dining table and chairs to seat six, for enjoying a meal together. Or why not dine outdoors? The private pool deck features a good size pool for splashing around in the sunshine. There are two lounge chairs and a patio table and chairs. No pool heating available. BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home) The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a twin room perfect for the kids, plus a sophisticated queen bedroom. All rooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. There is also a sofa bed for an extra visitor. You have access to the garage during your stay, which also has a Peleton cycling machine. The home is located within the peaceful community of Wellington, just of Hwy 27 for easy access towards the major attractions – Disney is 25 mins drive. Within the community is a children’s playground and rest area nestled between the oak trees and conservation land. Within 10 minutes walk or 2 mins drive, is Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee’s, IHOP, Chinese takeaway, Irish bar, fish & chips, pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Twistee Treat Ice cream shop, etc. There are a number of golf courses nearby, including Highlands Reserve just a few minutes drive which is open to the public all year round.
