Nestled in Haltom City, a suburb of Fort Worth, your vacation home will be in a GREAT location close to highways, restaurants, entertainment, parks, and trails. You’ll be conveniently situated just 20 minutes from DFW airport, 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and 35 minutes to downtown Dallas. While both cities are full of wonderful attractions, Fort Worth has more of the Texas/Western feel, if that’s what you’re looking for. We are famous for our southern hospitality here! Close to home, you can find a few fun activities for the whole family. Buffalo Ridge Park Trail is located just a 4-minute drive away. It features trails that run along beautiful Big Fossil Creek. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, nature trips, and bird watching. Calloway Branch Trail (10 minutes away) is a 1.9-mile loop trail that features beautiful wild florae. The trail has many activity options and is accessible year-round. The Mountasia Family Fun Center (13 minutes) features mini golf, go kart racing, batting cages, bumper boats, and a climbable rock formation. For even more fun, Adventure World Playground is a bigger venue offering similar activities, or if you’re interested in water activities, NRH2O Family Water Park is the place to go (both are also just 14 minutes away). That’s 5 great attractions all under 15 minutes away! Fort Worth also has many must-see attractions with something for everyone. Sundance Square, recognized as one of the top downtown developments in America, is our shopping, restaurant, and entertainment hub and the heart of the city. The Fort Worth Water Gardens are a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing oasis and a true engineering and architectural achievement. Fort Worth Zoo, Stockyards National Historic District, the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum, and the Japanese Garden are just a few more of the amazing spots that Forth Worth has to offer!

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,* Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
- * Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
- *Check-in/checkout time: 4pm/10am.
- *No parties or events allowed.
- *Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
- *Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
- *Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old.
