The property has parking for up to 2 cars and despite being on this main cross roads is a quite retreat for a city break, set back from this tree lined road.
There is a kitchen and dining area on the ground floor close to the entrance, and then up on the first floor is the single room, a seperate WC and also the family bathroom, and then down the hallway is the large double bedroom with views out to the garden at the back of the house, and the vaulted living room with large flat screen TV, two large leather sofas and a large leather foot stool - plenty of room to lounge about and take it easy after a day at the races or exploring the city. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
