Sleeping up to 7 guests, this beautifully restored Victorian townhouse boasts free WiFi & is just a short distance to Newark Northgate station on the East Coast mainline. You’ll have access to the full house which benefits from a large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, family bathroom & shower room, and a courtyard.
Upon entering Appleton House, guests are greeted by a spacious dining area which can comfortably seat 8. This leads onto a cosy living area complete with sofas and smart TV, followed by a stylish kitchen which is well equipped with cooking facilities and a handy dishwasher and washing machine.

From May to September, you can also enjoy a relaxing cruise up the River Trent on the HMS Sonning. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
