This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage is very private. Leo’s Hideaway is tucked away at the end of a long palm tree-lined driveway. Relax on the large screened-in porch overlooking your private pool, fenced back yard and Lake Pierna. Listen to the waves as you have coffee in the morning or watching the sunset. There are also Gulf views from the porch! Once inside the property, everyone will immediately find their own space and make themselves at home. It’s easy to settle in, with everything at your fingertips in this open floor plan. Choose between a king bedroom with a dedicated full bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, or a cool hidden bunk room in the hallway with a set of twin-over-twin bunks! There is an additional full bathroom accessible to the other bedrooms. Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, FL in Laguna Beach, this beach cottage is proof that location means everything! 0.1 mile to the Gorgeous emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, 0.2 mile to Carousel Supermarket and 0.2 mile to Thomas’ Donuts! The living area is equipped with comfortable loungers and sofa, along with a 55” Smart TV. The living area leads out to the screened-in porch, which has more comfortable furniture and a dining table for four. The fully-equipped kitchen, which is completely open to the living area, has an island with 4 bar stools, so the whole gang can hang out while preparing snacks for the beach or dinner for the family.   Leo’s Hideaway is also just 3.8 miles to Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, 4 miles to Publix or Winn-Dixie, and 7 miles to Rosemary Beach, FL.
