Welcome to Peaceful View with over 5 acres of seclusion, it is your perfect mountain escape! You’ll love mornings sipping coffee on the covered deck as you look over the mountain view and evenings roasting marshmallows as you gather around the fire pit.
From the covered front porch, you will enter into the open, vaulted living room. Your party will be tempted to immediately start up the gas log fireplace and relax in all the cozy seating, or maybe you’ll jump into preparing your first meal at the home. With stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom wood cabinets, A propane grill on the deck, and all the kitchen basics you’ll need, you will be able to prepare the favorite meal of anyone involved. The dining table offers seating for 8 with additional seating available at the granite island nearby. Also on the main level, you’ll find the expansive primary suite with a king bed and access to the stunning deck. The ensuite bathroom makes morning prep a joy thanks to the double vanities, oversized soaking tub, and shower.
Explore up to the second level where you will find two additional bedrooms. Each bedroom on this level offers both a queen bed and a full bed. A shared bathroom between the rooms provides a shower tub combo as well as another double vanity.
On the lower level, you’ll find the game room equipped with everything you need to have a great time. Turn on your favorite show or movie as you enjoy the pool table, foosball table, connect 4 wall boards, and checkers table. The sleeper sofa here is available to accommodate extra guests with the lower level full bathroom right nearby.
If your party does want to spread out during your stay, there is plenty to do. Kick back on the expansive main-level deck, cozy up around the fire pit, or have a game tournament in the lower-level game room. There’s something for everyone at Peaceful View.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- This home is pet friendly with a pet rent of $25+ tax per pet per night. Peaceful View allows up to two mature and well-trained dogs.
- A level 2 Tesla charger is installed for guest use.
- Guests returning to Peaceful View can always receive 10% off their next stay if booked over the phone
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit and wood-burning stove can be purchased with at least 7 days notice prior to arrival. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. Please let us know how many nights that you would like to purchase.
- Home is accessed by an inclined and winding gravel driveway. AWD or 4WD are required year-round and chains may be required from November through March to access this home.
