Welcome to Grandview Pointe
This newly constructed mountain home is poised to be your family’s retreat in every season. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking mountain views visible from the living room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a mounted TV. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts granite countertops, a spacious island, and bar seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table for eight, surrounded by picture windows that frame the stunning layered mountain vistas.
The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and features a TV. The attached bathroom exudes luxury with a beautifully tiled shower and a double granite vanity. On the upper level, you’ll find a spacious king ensuite with its own seating area, TV, and desk. The private bath offers a tiled shower and granite counter. Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms that share a hallway bath with a tiled tub/shower combination. The queen bedroom includes a TV, chair, and captivating mountain views, while the children’s room is designed for fun and creativity with a twin over full bunk bed, a twin trundle, a teepee for imaginative play, a futon, TV, and a Nintendo arcade set to entertain older kids.
The lower level houses a cozy den with a large, comfortable sofa and TV for movie nights. The game room is an adult’s paradise, featuring pool, air hockey, and foosball tables. Relax on the sofas or enjoy a game at the barrel-style pub table. Off the den is the fifth bedroom, complete with a king bed, TV, and seating area. A fourth full bathroom in the hall ensures easy access for guests using the den and game room.
The main level deck offers a dining table for six and comfortable seating, perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing with a bottle of wine and friends. On the lower level, step out from either the den or game room to the grounds, where you’ll discover a BullFrog hot tub and a firepit, perfect for unwinding under the stars. The garage, available for guest use, conveniently stores the grill for outdoor cooking.
Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.

Important Notes:
- Firewood for the fireplace or firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- There is one exterior doorbell security camera mounted beside the front door and one camera in the garage pointed at the garage door to monitor the driveway.
- Access to this home is via all paved roads, with a paved driveway. The driveway has a moderate incline that wraps around to the parking area, so 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March). Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.

- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home as the homeowners have severe allergies.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
