The Neighborhood
Treasure Island is a lively beach community adorned with waterfront dining, local shops and plenty of activities for your time in town! The beaches are wider in this area giving you and your guests plenty of space to spread out and soak up the 345 days of sunshine we get a year. In addition to the white sandy beaches, this area also features a nature trail and designated fishing areas to make the most of the Florida coast. Some of our favorite spots in Treasure Island are Ka'tiki, Caddy's on the Beach and Seadog Brewing Co.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
