This unique property offers a prime location and comes equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. It is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that can be illuminated at night, and features an oversized pool with built-in table and bench.
The large, 1,300 SF great room with its soaring 18 ft ceilings blends modern and classical style and includes an elegant dining area. You can watch movies or shows on the large flat screen TV while lounging on the comfortable sofas, or get some work done on the antique desk (free internet access, W-LAN, Wireless).
The fully equipped kitchen leads onto the dining area of the patio with the summer kitchen. Large windows allow the view of the pool and the canal beyond. You can always keep an eye on anyone in the pool.
Two master suites feature a King size bed each.
Asia Suite: A rattan sleigh bed, a 17th century Korean linen cupboard, a bronze Buddha and two elephants for good luck create a unique bedroom that also features a walk-in closet and offers direct access to the pool area. Flat screen TV, DVD, central audio system.
Champagne Suite: A very elegant room with an unusual yet harmonious color scheme; direct access to the pool area and one of the two “Happy Hour corners.” Built-in closet, flat screen TV, DVD, central audio system.

All two bathrooms are en-suite and offer oversized showers, double sinks, mirrored wall and halogen lights in the ceiling that create a starry sky effect. Turn on the music and start the day right. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and separate toilet.
