Even on the boat dock or the terrace in the first floor you can enjoy the view and see the dolphins passing by, which visit almost every day.
Within a few minutes by boat you reach both Marina Tarpon Point as well as Cape Harbour, which offer a variety of restaurants and shops.
The absolute highlight is the south facing, big and lush garden with 20 palms and a putting green. Right next to the canal you find the beach area with white fine sand. The neighbour to the south is 35m away, which gives the property a lot of privacy. Have a sunbath on one of the sun loungers in the white powder sand from Naples under the palms and enjoy the view over the canal. Putter and golf balls available.
