Villa Ubaldo

The villa (260 sqm) is built around natural rock formations, on a hill overlooking the bay, of the port of Ios and the island of Sikinos. Respecting the traditional cycladic architecture, the villa blends with the cliff surroundings without sacrificing comfort or style. On the ground floor there is an open living room, full kitchen with black granite counter tops and dining area that blend together seamlessly sporting a fireplace and all the necessary amenities for your cooking adventures. Walking out to the Veranda you will be met by a view of the bay, the colors of which change depending on the time of day. Bright blue seas during the day, orange and pink at sunset or dark and reflective of the port’s light in the evenings. The first outdoor dining area is located here, so you can enjoy your meal along with the view. If we continue our walk we will find the pool (42 sqm) also overlooking the bay, sporting sun loungers, a dining area and a wood oven for barbecues and fresh pizza by the pool. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with its closet room, the second bedroom and the main bathroom. Both bedrooms feature balconies and desks. The bathroom is fitted with white marble from Greece. The lower level consists of the third bedroom which has its own private entrance, its own bathroom and living room for added privacy. The living room sofa can also turn into a double sofa bed.
