Welcome to The W on the St Johns River in beautiful Green Cove Springs, FL! We are excited to welcome The W to our Property Manager family of properties!
Green Cove Springs is on Hwy 17 south of Jacksonville & north of Palatka. The St Johns River bends along the waterway here and the area is sheltered by the gorgeous green trees that surround the area. The W is nestled along the river banks on a beautifully landscaped private lot on the rivers edge.
Stunning and expansive views let you take in the beauty of the river while relaxing in a comfortable and spacious home that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Great for large families, groups traveling together, and even great for wedding groups that are enjoying their special day at one of our amazing area venues such as the Clay Theater, Tucker’s Farmhouse, The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm, or Chapel Oaks, just to name a few!

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
