Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- - The presence of internal stairs to access the lower level requires attention if you are traveling with children.
- - Please note the presence of some steps at the entrance.
- The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
- - To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Marsala, equal to 2,00€ per person per night.
- - We need this procedure to verify your identity and documents that have to be sent to the police service "Alloggiati Web" (which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy; you can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato).
- - The switching on and off of air conditioning and heating is subject to current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
- Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
- Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
- Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
- - For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
- EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30.
- It is not possible to check-in after 01:30.
