Charming apartment with frescoes inside an elegant building between Piazza Castelnuovo and Via Dante.
The apartment, located on the first floor that can be reached by elevator and by climbing steps, has been renovated and original elements such as the cement tiles, frescoes on the ceilings and doors have been restored and maintained. The entrance opens onto the living room, which features a comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen is independent and has a large dining table and everything needed for cooking including an oven, microwave, kettle, espresso machine. The sleeping area is on the upper floor reached by a staircase, and consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with a French bed. Two bathrooms with shower and a compartment with washer and dryer complete the layout.
Guests will have free wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and a heat pump for colder days.
