Close to the main transport links and walking distance to the centre of Newport. Fiars Walk Complex is only 1 mile away. Friars Walk has several levels and includes a range of high street shops, eateries, a cinema, a bowling alley and a soft play area. The complex is linked by the redeveloped John Frost Square to the Kingsway Shopping Centre, Newport Museum, Art Gallery and Central Library and Newport bus station. The complex is a short walk from the high street shops of Commercial Street and High Street. Newport railway station is also a short walk away from there.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Kindly refrain from smoking within the premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a deep cleaning and ozone treatment fee.
- Digital Check-in
- Before arrival, an online check-in form will be provided requiring ID submission, security deposit pre-authorisation, and terms & conditions agreement.
- No Parties or Events
- Cherish and respect our space. Ensure all guests are mentioned during booking; unaccounted visitors are not permitted. Treat our home with the love and care you'd give your own!
- A cleaning fee of £35 per week must be added to stays over one week, this will include a full change of linen and a general cleaning to the Studio.
- Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
- Online check-in with ID and deposit pre-authorisation is required prior to arrival.
