The Neighborhood
We are right next to the Municipal Swimming Pool in a beautiful, family neighborhood. At 160 meters there is a large supermarket and a bus stop. At 250 meters is the large railway park of Kalamata, unique in its kind and size and great for walks! The main town square is 1.2 km away (15 minutes walk if you do not want to use personal vehicle or public transport) At 800 meters you can find the port of Kalamata and the beginning of its coastal zone with a variety of cafes and restaurants. We are lucky to be in a city with its own beach and even awarded with the blue flag and a large network of bike lanes!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
