The Boat House features an elongated layout that flows from a charming bathroom and bedroom, showcasing beautiful linen bedding, to an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area at the rear. The living and sleeping areas are divided by a sliding door for added privacy, and the cosy lounge opens onto a delightful timber-decked courtyard at the back, perfect for basking in the sun.
Adjacent to its sister property, Azura—a lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home available for extended family or group bookings during holiday periods—The Boat House offers a unique stay experience.
Guests will love the convenience of having the beach and local shops just minutes away, making it easy to enjoy all that Byron Bay has to offer.

At the far end of the studio, the living area is a cosy spot for relaxation, equipped with a Smart TV and a large sofa. Two corner doors flood the room with sunlight, creating a bright and airy ambiance, perfect for a lazy day indoors.
The kitchen, positioned next to the living space, features a countertop dining area with bar stools. Guests can enjoy a coffee machine for their morning brew (starter pack of pods provided), while the integrated dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, and full-sized fridge and freezer ensure a seamless kitchen experience.
Sleeping:
The Boat House’s bedroom exudes boho charm with a super king bed dressed in beautiful linen bedding, inviting guests to a restful night’s sleep. The room also includes a comfy daybed sofa, ideal for lounging with a book.

The stylish marble-tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower and an alcove bath. An outdoor cold shower at the front of the property is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

Tucked between the toilet room and bathroom is the European-style laundry, equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The Boat House offers a lovely front porch with sun chairs and a , perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the fresh air. The rear courtyard features timber decking and a bench seat, with a gate providing easy access to the neighbouring Azura house.
