Nestled on a spacious block, this luxury beach house in one of the most sought after coastal lifestyle locations along the East Coast of NSW.
200 metres from the sand dunes, here you can walk to the patrolled beach, the river and river pool or down to the Mylestom store for a coffee. This gorgeous family home is beautifully appointed - modern with a cruisy designer beach theme.
Out the back is a fantastic outdoor area complete with a fire pit and seating. Separate to the home is a super cool and super versatile fully lined “barn-style” garage that boasts a Pool table and Table Tennis, designer bathroom with a bath and a fold out sofa bed. With rear lane access and a position near the end of a quiet cul de sac, there is even a small track through the sand dunes at the end of the street that takes you straight onto the beach. Surf, swim, fish, boat on pristine waterways, take a walk on the beach at sunset, it’s all available from this magnificent location!
North Beach Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably:

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, Wi-Fi provided throughout for your convenience. Smart TV with Apple box, Air conditioning for your comfort. Linen and towels are provide, feel free to bring your own beach towels. Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard. $100 per pet applies and agreement to our pet policy. Guests must advise of any pets at the time of booking.
