The thoughtfully designed space features an open plan living and dining room, a well appointed bathroom, and convenient undercover carpark for one vehicle. Stay comfortable year round with the modern split system air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere no matter the season. Entertainment is at your fingertips with three smart TVs including a 77 inch in the living room. Nature enthusiasts will love the complimentary access to two kayaks and life jackets, allowing you to explore the serene river at your leisure. Also available for guests is a beach umbrella and beach towels. Well behaved pet is welcome to share in the adventure (please ensure this is requested when enquiring). Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or an active getaway, 12 Riverview is the perfect destination. There is a concierge on site should you need any assistance during your stay. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means includes a quiet period from 11pm where guests must be inside with the music turned down, this is Mornington Peninsula Shire Law.
