Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- We welcome fur babies - UNFORTUNATELLY NO CATS ALLOWED DUE TO EXTREME ALLERGIES.
- PET FEES: $75.00. Maximum 2 pets only.
- CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please be sure to read the cabin manual and all check out instructions regarding removing perishables and all trash at departure to avoid additional charges at check out.
- - PUT DIRTY TOWELS ETC. IN THE HAMPER OR PILE ON THE FLOOR
- - ALL DISHES MUST BE WASHED
- -LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS
- -LEAVE HEATER SET TO LOW
- -TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS
- -UNPLUG COFFEE MAKER
- -BE SURE SPA LID IS ON AND LOCKED
- ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED AT DEPARTURE, to avoid additional fees.

- SPA HOURS & INFO:
- Spa hours are strictly 7am-10pm. SPA USE IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER 10PM - 7AM NO EXCEPTIONS
- -Absolutely NO GLASS, NO FOOD OR ALCOHOL in the spa.
- Please be quiet after 10pm, as we do have residential neighbors and could lose our permit over noise complaints.
- Be sure to replace spa lid when not in use. This will allow spa to heat up for next use.
