Welcome to this bright and spacious 103 m² apartment, perfect for families, friends, or remote workers visiting the area.
It features four cozy bedrooms:
1st bedroom: Bed of 135x180 cm with direct access to the entrance
2nd bedroom: Bed of 130x190 cm, with a desk perfect for remote workers.
3rd bedroom: Bed of 135x180 cm, aslo with a work desk.
4th bedroom: Bed of 150x190 cm, windows overlooking the inner patio .
There’s also a sofa bed in the living room and a baby cot is available for our youngest guests.
The open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are filled with natural light thanks to large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing evening outdoors.
The apartment has two full bathrooms and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay: air conditioning and fans in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine.
Whether you’re here for a beach holiday, sightseeing, or a quick getaway, this apartment offers the space, comfort, and convenience to make your stay enjoyable.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. There is a wardrobe that will be locked during your stay, please do not open it.

The location of an apartment is very central. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs.
This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment. All accessible within walking distance.
Indeed, you are in a 2-minute walk from the main street Calle Larios, a 1-minute walk from la Plaza de la Merced and about 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta.
The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 10-30 min.
There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one is Parking Granados.
There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10 min on foot from the apartment.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.

When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
