Our 2-bedroom apartment is located in a recently constructed residence with the community rooftop swimming pool. It would be perfect for families and group of friends who want to explore Malaga from a relaxing apartment.
Located a few minutes on foot from the historic center and its main attractions: Calle Larios, the Cathedral, Plaza de la Merced with numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
Every detail of this 61-square-meter apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable short stay in Málaga.
As you enter the flat, you’ll find a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa—that turns into a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and a blender, making it easy to prepare meals just the way you like.
The master bedroom offers a double bed (135x180 cm), a closet, and ample space for your belongings. The second, smaller bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed (90x180 cm), which can accommodate extra guests. It also includes a desk and chair, providing a comfortable working space for those needing to stay productive during their visit.
The apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer for your convenience. To ensure your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and all windows face the inner courtyard, making the apartment relatively quiet and isolated from street noise.
You will also have access to a shared rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing on warm days.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also access to the community swimming pool. The swimming pool is shared with other residents of the building and is available from 8 am till 8 pm, while closing between 2 pm and 4 pm.
Please, note that during peak hours the access to swimming pool might be affected to respect the maximum capacity of the premises.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes on foot from the city center. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs.
This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. A wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the surroundings of the apartment.
Everything is accessible within walking distance. Indeed, you are 5 minutes away from the main street Calle Larios, 3 minutes away from la Plaza de la Merced, and about 18 minutes away from the central beach La Malagueta.
You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 25 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-50 min.
There are many supermarkets and shops in the area.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021).
When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
