Our brand new duplex apartment is a hidden gem for couples, families and groups of friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It’s located in the heart of Malaga next to the most important attractions at your fingertips, as well as a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants. Every detail of our accommodation has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its cutting edge design, multiple big windows and high ceilings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The duplex of 88 square meters occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of a newly restaurated building with elevator. As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a sofa and a dining area. There are 2 big windows with small balconies facing the street, where you can enjoy the street views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a closet, a double bed, and a big window with blinders facing the street. The second bedroom is located upstairs in the "attic" area and has a comfy doble bed and an en suite bathroom. There’s also a comfortable lounge area and a desk for remote workers. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home. The location of an apartment is very central. You will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - 2 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios. - 5 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - About 15-20 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 5 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15-20 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Camas is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you want to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment. Additional services:

When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
