With two spacious bedrooms, a designed kitchen, and two indulgent bathrooms, it is the epitome of comfort and style. Step into a world of sophistication as you enter the living area, the living room windows offer a breathtaking view of Plaza Carbon, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. This apartment of 61 square meters has been completely renovated in May 2023. It is located on the third floor of a secure building with an elevator. There is centralized air conditioning & heating with filtered air for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day. The entrance opens to a hallway, which leads to the Kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, then to the living room where the dining area is. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, pots, and pans, etc. The kitchen, dining room, and living room, are spacious, and have multiple exterior windows, receiving a lot of daylight. The living room has a sofa, a TV, and two big windows to catch the evening/morning sun. In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, an en suite bathroom, a window facing the patio, and a closet. The second bedroom also has a window facing the patio, a double bed, two bedside tables, and a closet. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal so you can make yourself at home. The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - 2 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios. - 2 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 5 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Tejón y Rodriguez is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. Additional services:

When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
