Marea is a recently built, modern villa located in Scacciano, close to the beaches of Riccione and the Romagna Riviera. With contemporary designer style throughout, its spacious interiors span four double bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area overlooking a private garden and swimming pool. Its energy-efficient design and air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay. Sleek decked terraces, lawns and trees set the scene for the outdoor dining area, relaxation and pool. Just 4 km from the coast, the villa offers easy access to sandy beaches, family attractions and vibrant seaside towns. Marea shares a border with its twin villa, Onda, and the two can be rented together for larger groups. Note: given its proximity to some of the Riviera’s most popular seaside resorts — particularly lively during the summer months and holidays such as Ferragosto — the setting may feel more vibrant compared to that of a secluded countryside retreat.
THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE
Interior:

The garden covers approximately 200 sq m and is partially fenced with 120–180 cm-high mesh. It includes a lawn and paved area surrounded by oleanders, palms and hedges. A wooden dining table with chairs and an electric awning creates a pleasant spot for al fresco meals. A corridor at the rear separates the property from the neighbouring villa, Onda, while the back lawn is set at a slightly lower level. One parking space is available inside the gate, with two additional spaces outside.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
