A daily pet fee will be charged after your reservation is made, should you decide to bring a furry friend (this includes emotional support animals). We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate-trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Please no cats for allergenic reasons. NOTE: Use of the owners 6 Beach Chairs, 1 Umbrella, Beach Toys, and Beach Wagon are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, does not function or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL Property Manager furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
