Kunanyi (Mt Wellington) is visible from the doorstep and yet a supermarket, wine shop, Japanese restaurant, pharmacy, petrol station and park are within 1-3 minute walk. On-site parking for two cars and unmetered street parking makes car trips a breeze. We ensure our bed linen is hotel-quality and always professionally laundered.

South Hobart or SOHO is a quiet residential suburb located next to Sandy Bay, West Hobart and Hobart CBD. It appears on maps of 19th century Hobart as one of the city’s first suburbs. Many retail shops, restaurants and local attractions are close by. The Southern Outlet begins along the perimeter of the suburb and is one of Hobart’s three main commuter highways, connecting Hobart to places like Kingston and Huon Valley.

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
