The house is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday in the Port Stephens area. Unwind in one of three spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Each room is elegantly appointed with plush bedding and contemporary furnishings, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The open plan kitchen/dining area is equipped with all quality appliances, ample counter space with the ability to use your culinary expertise or just whip up a quick snack. There are 2 separate living areas in the front of the house and at the back, which allows guests to have some quiet time, perfect for unwinding with a good book or enjoying some quality conversations. At the back of the property there is a spacious patio where you can soak up the sun or enjoy some outdoor dining and listen to the wonders of nature. Lemon Tree Passage is a unique area of Port Stephens, with its scenic walks, fabulous waterways, and great fishing. The Albatross Marina includes an amazing French Restaurant, Gin Bar, charming shops/cafes, and great water tours on the Wangi Queen. There is also plenty of time to just relax. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1 Master: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Linen: All beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels. Please note that during peak periods and holidays, the high volume of visitors in the Port Stephens Region may result in intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity. Conditions of Booking: Please note that this is not a pet-friendly property. The guest will nominate the number and identity of guests (including providing each adult guest’s full name and mobile phone number) that will occupy the property and will not allow any other person to enter the property. Additional guests at the property will incur additional charges. Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night’s stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay. Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties. Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Property Manager remains incomplete. Upon the confirmation of your booking, we will promptly request your information to facilitate the timely dispatch of your personalized online registration link.
