Overlooking the community swimming pool with grilling at the pool only. The balcony has incredible views to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunrise. You won’t want to leave this perfect condo by the beach! We offer you a fully appointed kitchen so all you need to bring is beach towels, grub and your personal essentials. We will take care of the rest! Don’t forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking! We are your one stop shop! It’s the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun, easy access to the beach!

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
