A newly built chic and luxurious 6 bedroom villa, built on a privileged spot just 50 meters of the beach of Havania, in Agios Nikolaos. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests in total in 6 bedrooms offering a range of facilities with modern appliances.
The villa has a large outdoor garden area with local trees and a private heated pool with a BBQ, sitting and dining area.
It has an interior area of 300 sqm built on three different levels. The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large opening leading to the swimming pool, the outside sitting area and the BBQ area. Comfy sofas are available to enjoy a relaxing time while watching TV. Next to the living room is the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. On this level there is a double bedroom with patio door leading in front of the swimming pool. A second bedroom with 2 sofa beds is also located at this level and between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with a shower.
A staircase case leads to the first floor and the lower level. At the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms all en-suite with showers. The lower level has an open place with a billiard for entertainment, sofas and gym equipment. This level has 2 bedrooms with each having two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. A Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available as well on this level.
The villa is built on a plot of 2500 sqm with the privilege of a small alley leading to the organized beach of Havania with sunbeds and umbrellas. The swimming pool of 40 sqm can be heated upon request at extra charge. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available by the swimming pool area. A sitting area is located on the left side of the pool and a BBQ with a stone oven as well a dining table with chairs are located on the right side of the pool. Outside the villa there is a private parking space with a pergola.
