This completely redone home is bright and airy, but has been around since 1884! Tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in walking distance, with the light rail 2 blocks away to take you to the convention center or anywhere downtown. Half mile to the popular RiNo district and a short Uber to anywhere in the city! This modern space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The open concept floor plan and high ceilings provide a light, airy, and inviting atmosphere. There is plenty of seating to accommodate your whole party for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or games at the end of the night. This home is equipped with a brand new outdoor hot tub in the backyard for enjoyment all year round. We recently added a Tesla EV charger for convenience when traveling by electric vehicle. Guest are allowed in all areas of the home, except the crawl space and attic, for safety reasons. 2 blocks from the L line light rail. 5 minute Uber from the 38th & Blake light rail station that goes to the airport. You can walk to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Parking is plentiful in the area and guests should not have an issue finding spots on the street.
