Guest are allowed in all areas of the home, except the crawl space and attic, for safety reasons.
2 blocks from the L line light rail. 5 minute Uber from the 38th & Blake light rail station that goes to the airport. You can walk to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Parking is plentiful in the area and guests should not have an issue finding spots on the street.
