We are located just a half block off of Harrison Avenue (Leadville’s Main Street), which means you can walk to all of Leadville’s restaurants, shops and museums.

There is a security camera on the front porch and in the back. There is also one in the laundry room, which is blocked off from guests to safeguard the owner’s belongings.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
