Well-updated, the interior is composed of hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances. The open living room’s smart TV and oversized sofa lend themselves to cozy movie viewings. Steps from here, the full kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and gleaming countertops.

-Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April.
-Please be sure to reach out directly to organizations/businesses for current hours of operation.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
