When you aren’t utilizing these fantastic amenities, enjoy the area’s gorgeous landscaping while hiking around Jem Trail or Pioneer Park. The Red Hills Desert Garden showcases an expansive collection of endangered species and plants, and Sunbrook Golf Club offers a scenic place to practice your swing. Santa Clara and neighboring St. George also boast a great mix of local eateries and shops. Back at your stay, quickly get comfortable amidst the sun-splashed open layout. As the chef of your group utilizes the fully equipped kitchen’s stainless steel appliances, sit back on the living room’s leather seating and stream your favorite show. Spacious and well-decorated, the primary en suite bedroom boasts a personal TV, ample storage space, and a walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms are just as cozy, all brightly decorated and cooled by central air. The second lounge space is ideal for weekend morning cartoons and Xbox gaming sessions, and the private washer/dryer will refresh your adventure garb. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
