Continue to soak up the sunshine from the comfort of the screened-in patio, furnished with a ceiling fan and seating. Inside, you’ll immediately feel at home amidst the inviting color palette, tasteful decorations, and hardwood flooring. The living room provides a cozy space to sit, warm up in front of the gas fireplace, and stream all of your favorite TV shows. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. You’ll love serving up delicious meals to your family at the elegant dining table. A work desk is even available off the kitchen for those working remotely. Incredibly comfortable, the primary bedroom boasts its own seating area and TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. Just as lovely, the additional bedrooms are lined with soft linens and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and Pack-N-Play round out the home’s excellent amenities! Please be advised there is an additional rental unit on the second floor of this property, accessible only through the garage that may or may not be occupied during your stay. The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This Property Manager Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Property Manager that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. 1 dog(s), weighing 20lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
