Temporary Sanity is a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in the Gulf Gate neighborhood, just a short drive or bike ride from Siesta Key’s Crescent Beach. This spacious property, which accommodates up to 10 guests, features a large lanai with a heated saltwater pool, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The home is equipped with modern amenities and a stylish decor, providing a comfortable and convenient retreat.
The interior includes a gourmet kitchen with a 10’x4’ granite island, stainless steel appliances, and easy-access pull-out drawers. The adjacent dining area features a solid Indian Rosewood table that seats 10, and French doors lead to the covered lanai. This outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a dining table for 12, a propane BBQ grill, a 50" flat screen TV, and poolside loungers—all enclosed in a bug-free screen cage.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
